The 14th District Caucus will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2011, at the Washington Court Hotel.  Check-in will be open from 8:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.  You must check-in in order to participate in the election.

The caucus meeting/nominations will begin at 1:00 p.m. on May 14th.  Nominations for the offices of District 14 National Vice President, National Fair Practices Affirmative Action Coordinator, and National Women’s Advisory Coordinator will be accepted from delegates by the Election Committee during the Caucus, following the election of the Election Committee Chair and selection of the other Committee members.  The nomination acceptance speeches will follow.

The nominations and election will be held, in accordance with the Caucus rules, with the polls opening at 3:00 p.m. and closing at 5:00 p.m.   A runoff, if necessary, will be held on the same day in the same location from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
